Osstem Implant announced through its business report released on March 21, 2024, that its sales for the year 2023 amounted to 902 million USD(based on the exchange rate as of March 21, 2024) with international sales comprising nearly 70% of the total revenue. This represents a 14.7% increase compared to the previous year's sales. Additionally, the operating profit increased by 3.5%. This was accomplished solely through sales endeavors, without mergers and acquisitions.
Osstem Implant now operate 35 overseas subsidiaries across 31 countries. Osstem Implant is accelerating its efforts for market expansion by establishing subsidiaries in Europe and the Middle East. Over the past year, they set up subsidiaries in Spain, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Italy.
Osstem Implant export their products to 93 countries. Osstem Implant will bolster overseas exports by manufacturing their premium product, the 'HIOSEEN' implant, within the U.S. Furthermore, Osstem Implant aims to expand their sales in the global market for CBCT 'T2', oral scanners, 3D printers ‘'OneJet LCD', etc., high-value medical devices aligning with the digital trends in the global dental industry.

Osstem Implant, which directly develops and produces all products used in dentistry boasts a network of 21 specialized research centers encompassing various domains such as implants, orthodontics, materials, equipment, and software. With 800 researchers stationed at the Seoul Central Research Institute. Osstem Implant allocates 11% of its annual sales revenue towards research and development expenditures. The number of researchers is expected to increase to 1,000 by the end of 2024.
One of the reasons for the rapid growth of Osstem implants is the clinical training for dentists. Since the early 2000s, well before implants became widespread in Korea, Osstem Implant has established educational institutions and delivered comprehensive clinical training services aimed at fortifying the implant surgery proficiency of dentists across the nation. These efforts have resulted in the remarkable outcome that 90% of Korean dentists possess the capability to perform implant procedures. So far, 120,000 dentists worldwide have completed Osstem Implant's clinical education program.
